o     Teacher and Student: Teacher becomes implementer of tests rather than an instructor
o     Parent and Teacher: Parent involvement is directly correlated with STAR testing success
o     District: Serves as the middle man and the expectations are now too high. The district also puts on enormous amounts of pressures toward the teacher, parents, and students in order to do better on STAR testing
